  Nice open mall and movie theater. Limited stores. Has a full fledged Fidelity Investments Office I like.

  We went to UltraStar to see Avengers. Some friends met and ate dinner at BJ's. Parking was a little sparse. The movie theater has cool D-box seats that move.

  Small shopping center behind Mission Valley. Cheaper movie tickets which is awesome. A few restaurants, coffee, bookstore, and a few other stores. Super cute little shop center.

  I like it because it is right off the Green Trolley. My favorite movie theater; Ultra Star. Food, wine & beer now. Big variety of eateries, Barnes & Noble Book Store, children"s learning supplies, hair & nail salons, & Starbucks! No Bus service. Plenty of free parking.

  Took my kids to Lakeshore Learning for the Saturday Pete the Cat event. So enjoyable and free fun for the kids. Love shopping here for great supplemental learning books. My kids always know when we go here they get something great and rewarding.
