  Room was not cleaned well. Coffee pot was dirty. Room was not refreshed (clean towels, sheets, etc) unless we complained. TV had excellent picture, good selection of channels.

  This hotel is filthy! I will never stay here again. Housekeeping only came by early in the mornings while we were still in bed, then did not return, even after asked. The receptionist ended up cleaning our room. They folded up our dirty, wet towels one day. The fitness room had only run down equipment. No cups for the water dispenser and no towels all four days we were here. The breakfast buffet was dirty, never hot water or hot coffee, only lukewarm. I could go on and on.

  My 9 year old daughter and I got a room here during a dance competition we were attending at Rose State. I got unpacked and got ready to go to bed and pulled back the covers and was in total shock. There was blood and urine all over the sheets and comforter and what appeared to be cat hair. I went to front desk and complained and after 30 minutes the manager came to the room with new bedding but after seeing the sheets and comforter she said we are moving you to a new room, so we packed everything up and went upstairs. I started to unpack in that room and roaches were crawling in the bathtub , so I called front desk and said I'm not staying here. I then had to pack everything up at 10:30 at night and drive to another hotel. I told the manager I have never seen anything like that and I was just shocked. I paid 100 dollars for that room that wasn't worth 10. I did get a refund. This place should be shut down by the health department.

  Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. But I give this hotel a 4. Because it was not to clean. But it was just fine for me. But it was vary loud at night. I had a hard time sleeping. It sounded like they where having a party in the hallway.

  Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in during a stay. I own a Time Share and have stayed ALL OVER!!! The room was Amazing. NICE. CLEAN. GREAT ROOM LAYOUT. 2 CONS THE REMOTE AND TV HAD SOME WEIRD MENU AND THE REMOTE ONLY WORKS IF YOU FIND THE EXACT SPOT. THE BIGGEST 1 BY FAR WAS THE BREAKFAST. THEY WOULD LITERALLY BE BETTER OFF NOT SERVING IT.
