  Not worth spending money not even for one night. Made me waste my time waiting to be given a room. They charged my credit card twice. The first time they charged my card was before my husband and I were given a room. The second time when We checked out. We went back to the hotel and the man we spoke to said he didnt know why my card was charged twice and told us to leave. I called 3 times days later and the lady refused to put a manager on the phone the first 2 times. The third time i called the manager said that she wasn’t going to do anything because my husband and i spent the night there. I would not recommend this place. They didnt give my money back even though they charged me twice. I will never return to this place or recommend it to anyone.

  Horrible customer service. I called a day prior and the morning of if I could check in early and they said it was okay over the phone so I show up to the hotel and they made me wait 2 hours for my room when I specific told them the time I was going to be there to check in. Also they charged my card twice with the same charge of my room and they had no explanation for me. All they could tell me was to contact my bank. Not good customer experience at all. Definitely won't be coming back here.

  This place is convenient and the staff is nice... that's about it. They remodeled the lobby a while back and what they should have done is taken basic care if the aging rooms in dire need of tlc. They have an issue with quality control. I spent a week and didn't have in room coffee cups till the last day... I had coffee, no cups. I got shampoo restocked once, thankfully I had an extra in my shaving kit. I always hang my towel for reuse... they took it away every day but forgot to replace it so the final day I dried off with the little towel. They always made the bed though... for whatever that's worth. The room staff should have a basic checklist they follow... this trip was the worst from that regard. I'll stay again because it's simply convenient for my needs but I'm seriously considering someplace else.

  Well... Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and the ceiling in the bathroom fell in (literally) from a leak. But the staff was great. They were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was excellent. And they compensated us fairly for the faults. Would definitely stay here again.

  It's a nice hotel and the room we stayed in was like a mini studio. It had a full sized fridge in it, which bugged me a bit because then you hear it running all night. It also had a countertop stove, an over the range microwave and a good amount of counter space. The bathroom was also a good size. I imagine someone can live here comfortably for a good long time, and the quality of the room was nicer than your average low budget hotel. It's just the fridge that made me not give it five stars.
