::Make sure that there is no brown water warning on the day that you book the tour. If there is, you will not be allowed to enter the water on the beaches advertised, and you will not get your full value. Vote up so others can see. Jake is a great tour guide. I learned a lot about Honolulu's history and about recommended restaurants and local events.

::Just had a fantastic day with Hawaii Turtle tours. Mike was our tour guide and Matt our driver for the day, both were very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the areas we visited and passed through. Mike's deadpan humor was great and kept things light and interesting throughout the day. Our three younger kids all had a great time on the trip. Thanks to both Mike and matt as well as Shayne (met Shayne from Hawaii Turtle Tours on Waikiki beach who sold us the tour) for setting this up for our family. I would definitely recommend this trip for anyone looking for a relaxing tour around the island with helpful insights from the guide into future areas to explore further either alone or with their company.

::If i could give a zero star, i would. We booked and had a voucher for a tour on our last day in Oahu. We were waiting for the bus at 7:50 am as we were instructed. No one showed. We called at 8:05 and were told the bus was there early and left without us. We were told to talk to the owner, Kevin, for a refund. Kevin denied being the owner until we showed him a text from the office that indicated to talk to Kevin, an owner. We asked to split a cab fare with him to catch up to our tour, which Kevin would not do. We are very disappointed and even more so because they did nothing to help us and did not take accountability for their mistakes.

::Listen, were they perfect? No. BUT... look where you are! Unpredictable things happen, like weather! We were really looking forward to snorkeling, we didn't get to. Damon did a great job filling time. We never felt as though we missed out on a thing! Btw, nothing is more enjoyable than an intelligent conversation. He is a pluthera of knowledge about an island that hasn't loved him nearly as much, as it's clear he lives it! Honestly? You're robbing yourself if you're shy and don't ask questions. Enjoy!
