  My sister inlaw work for them, as a branch manager, when ever I go to any of the brachs, customer is always number ones.

  Worst customer service I've ever had at a bank. $20 to turn one of their members checks into a cashiers check! $20 for a piece of paper?! Then won't even verify funds over the phone!! Rude!!!!!
