  Dr. Havens and and his wonderful staff took such great care of me and provided excellent service from the installation of my braces, the adjustments as well as the debanding process. I Love, Love, Love my smile and, so does my friends and family. Thank You Dr. Havens. I appreciate you. I have a few friends looking to get braces. I will be sending them your way.

  Love this place it is a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff here are amazing and they always work with me on my payment schedule. My sons teeth are coming along great. Oh The coffee and slush machine are an added bonus😉

  Awesome doctor and staff. Our son’s teeth look amazing after getting his braces off. Very friendly and flexible with appointments. Highly recommend them.

  Dr. Havens and his staff are phenomenal! During the consultation and throughout the treatment he shared very detailed information about the orthodontic work my daughter would need and how changes were progressing. He made me feel comfortable that his methods and level of expertise were going to give the best results. The entire staff are very friendly and professional. Appointments are always on time and performed very efficiently. The atmosphere of the office is wonderful! I am very happy we chose Havens and would definitely recommend the office to everyone.

  We love Dr. Havens and all the staff at Parkwood Orthodontics. Our daughter got her braces on at age 8. Dr. Havens met Molly when she was 7 and he consulted with us and monitored Molly's readiness for braces for a year and a half before he thought we should do the braces. He could have recommended we start the braces earlier, purely for cosmetic reasons, but advised us to wait. We really appreciated that approach. Dr. Havens really educated us about the whole process and gave us video resources to help us understand the process. We are also so impressed with the entire staff at Dr. Havens practice. Everyone is friendly, positive, and helpful! Our daughter loves visiting this state of the art office and has actually enjoyed the whole process. This group of professionals are so positive that our daughter actually looked forward to visits and planned what color bands she would get at each visit. You know you've chosen the right doctor when your child is excited to show her friends and family every new part in her orthodontic journey!
