  I'm giving three stars because the food was really good. But the service really is not good here. Our waitress was inattentive. Never checked on us. Gave a really terrible attitude. We waited almost an hour for our food, and when it did come; they passed the hot plates down to us for us to pass down to the next person. Terrible terrible service. I would not recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

  Dirty bathroom with moldy caulking around the sink. Waited 20 min for our waitress to even acknowledge us and then she rushed us through ordering. She told me they didn't have regular coffee or cappuccino but then the dessert menu offered both. I showed it to her later on and requested it and she didn't even apologize for giving wrong information. We asked for silverware for my mother and she pushed over a fork and knife that was on our table that my son had been using. She's not a very pleasant waitress and didn't smile once. Food took an hour to arrive and while it was Mother's day, undoubtedly a very busy day her service left much to be desired. The restaurant crammed in extra tables (the resin folding tables that you buy for outdoor parties) to accommodate the larger crowds but it took away from the ambiance and you felt like you were in a cafeteria. One of the servers that brought out our sampler dessert completely ignored me when I asked for plates. The food was ok, nothing spectacular, which was disappointing. The positive is that we had reservations and were seated promptly. They've got to do better.

  Absolutely delicious food, wonderful ambiance, live band played great Latin music. Now the bad. Even with a reservation it took over 1/2 an hour to be seated. 15 minutes standing on line to check in for my reservation. Finally, check in and asked to wait just a few minutes as a table was being prepared for me as we speak. After 10 minutes the young lady who attended me is nowhere to be found. She makes her way back to the service desk and begins attending other customers. I over hear her being reminded by a coworker that she still has me waiting and proceeds to seat other guests. I watch her walk from 1 end of the restaurant to the other and made eye contact with her several times, finally as she was about walk past me I again I step in her path and ask her "how much longer am I going to be waiting for a table?". She grabs several menus escorts us to a table that was already empty from the time I arrived, I know because I was standing 8 feet from it as I waited to be seated. Once seated the experience got way better. The waiter came quickly was very polite. The drinks we very good. Its a shame though, I want to go back being that the food was outstanding, it's just the check in and waiting to be seated process that is off putting and I had a reservation.

  I found it to be a pleasantly enjoyable experience. The service was very good and my waitress/hostess was extremely accommodating, attentive and congenial. If you're into Cuban/Latin cuisine then you're going to enjoy Havana Central. 👍

  My overall experience was not pleasant at the Havana central today, me and my boyfriend had went on a random date here and supposedly because it’s a Saturday there were no booths and we were uncomfortable. Other than that, we had to wait an hour for our food and let me say their serving sizes are NOT AT ALL worth the price. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich which was mostly bread and I ordered the chicken and shrimp... they literally gave me 3 little shrimps 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve been to better places with way better pricing and serving sizes. My waitress was Samantha, she didn’t give us any updates on our food and completely forgot I asked for ketchup for my dry chicken 😂 GO SOMEWHERE ELSE‼️🚫
