::Went at a busy time (1 pm) and waited over one hour in line but it was worth the wait. Food was exquisite. Highly recommend the tenders and half chicken. Hot flavor was spicy but not overwhelming. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Will definitely return.

::Huh. This review is solely based on the food. Honestly, expected A LOT more. Taste was bland and Mac and cheese was sad. Tasted like cafeteria food. Feels like one person posted it on their blog saying it was cool, so everyone followed. Kinda like how it happened for Starbucks. I would’ve given the service five stars though. They were super nice! But for me, it’s all about food. And I wouldn’t want to wait an hour for boring food again.

::More please! So good and reasonably priced. Loved that you could order different spicy levels. Chicken was moist and delicious. We waited 1.5 hours to get into the place and i was starving! Completely worth the wait. The mac& cheese side was great, Potato salad was okay. Fries were amazing too. Love it

::Amazing food and well worth the wait. All four of us got something different and we all loved it. I like it HOT and they certainly delivered. The service was great. The staff was friendly. The food came out quick. They really keep things moving there too. It look like we were not going to be seated before our food came out....but the staff is all over their game and keeps the customers moving in (and out....in a professional manner) so they can keep the line moving. I had heard all about this place before visiting Nashville and we're glad we stopped by. THANKS!

::When I went to Hattie B's, I got there about 10 minutes before they opened and the line was already down the street. I knew there would be a wait, but our party ended up waiting over an hour just to order. The guy taking orders was super slow, and whether that was purposeful to not swamp the kitchen, or that he just didn't care, it's hard to tell. There are quite a few levels of hotness for the chicken, and I ordered the "damn hot" half chicken with macaroni and coleslaw. The chicken itself was good and the spice level was just tolerable for my taste, and I like pretty spicy foods. The sides were very good, and the service was fast once we were able to order. Overall, I'd stick with Prince's Hot Chicken for the actual chicken, but Hattie B's has better sides. If I were to return, I would definitely do a to go order and not wait in line.
