  Completely incapable and incompetent service. Ordered multiple times and item was never received. When asked where the product is, I was told it was "being held by customs" when I asked for the tracking number so I could take matters in to my own hands the courier told me it had been exported back to origin. Lack of communication and incorrect information.

  They posted the wrong listing price, but still honored the price for me. Great customer service! Would recommend

  My experience with this guys was very positive,I went there for a flat and I end up getting a tune up which one of the technicians give me a run down of what was needed to be done and now my bike runs like new

  Awesome customer service. I came in when they were about to close and helped me change the tube on my tires and they even looked at my bike and gave me pointers for tuning up my jalopy. I stayed past closing time and they never made me feel rushed. Thanks guys!
