::Terrible service on husbands fine quality wool suit. Damaged it. Looks they put a iron to it also having crease marks where there shouldn't be none! Recent stains from toddlers drool that can come out with water wasn't out. even showed them it comes out. She admitted it looked like it was done wrong and still charged me full price with no refund allowed! Just a review to tell others the service They gave for dry cleaning suits!

::They ruined one of my Calvin Klein dresses. What used to be an ombre white to blue dress came back as almost yellow and blue, and they were unable to get the smell out of it which is why I had it dry cleaned in the first place. There were also scuff marks all over it like they dragged it through the floor. So there goes a $170 dress. The suits I had cleaned came out fine, as far as I know, but I'm highly disappointed they ruined such an expensive dress. I won't be going back. Stay away! Edit: I have sent three emails to corporate, with one of them threatening legal action. Zero response yet.

::Service here is horrible! They simply don't care. Brought a couple of slim fit stretch dress shirts here and they stretched out all the shirts and I just can't use the shirts again. I ignored that, however a Polo of mine was stained when I was picking it up and requested they get the stain off it. I return a week later and I'm told that the manager insists that the stain was there! Service here is horrible and I hardly leave bad reviews.

::This location always has my best interest in mind. The drop off and pickup are simple! In addition, they'll occasionally pass on some coupons for a future visit. The staff at this location is excellent!
