  We went twice. On Saturday. The first time around was fantastic. Sorry I didn't remember the male servers name. But food, drink and service was excellent. The second time. We sat for 10-15 min before we were greeted. When we were finally greeted, it was by the sous chef. (He was cool). Someone wearing a cardigan took our order and was never seen again. The boh was running food. Again the male server came to the rescue again. Did give us a discount thank goodness. I will only go back if he's there. I tried emailing management to contact me before leaving a crappy review. Also contacted the magnolia hotel for response. But I received no contact.

  Waited for 20 minutes before anyone came over to ask if I wanted something to drink. I’m sorry this is supposed to be a high end hotel and would expect the service to be on point. 4 people standing around doing nothing.

  We had to go across the street to get food, while waiting for our food. Total of 6 tables seated in the place. No excuse for this. Then they brought ONE of our plates, we have four people at our table. The rest of us still don't have food. 50 minutes waiting for our food total so far. We had to ask for beverages. Apparently the kitchen printer went down and they weren't getting orders, which makes no sense since we got one of our orders. The waitress wasn't bright enough to figure out NONE of her tables were getting food. The worst eating experience I've ever had.

  Had a great experience at Harry's last night. Our server Kristen H was fun and very hard working, she was fabulous! Our food was outstanding, everyone enjoyed their choices immensely. Highly recommended
