  They were great from beginning to end - patient as we selected our tile and presented us great options - job started when promised and completed when promised - and floor looks great.

  They obviously know what they're doing. They're very good. Nice store with huge selection. Out of many contractors or national huge companies i contacted, they were the best to work with. Don't expect the most personable sales person though.

  My experience with Harry Katz Carpet One was excellent, from start to finish! From my first interaction with the salesperson, to the professional that came to measure, to the installers - my job was treated professionally and I was also made to feel that I was cared for. The installers were clean and professional, and the customer service at Harry Katz far superior to any other company I have dealt with. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

  Walked in was not acknowledged by anyone. The first desk I passed someone just looked up and did nothing. I continued to walk to the second desk towards the right where a gentleman seemed annoyed by my asking for a specific sample of carpet I needed. He quickly walked me over and immediately started suggesting cheaper carpets etc. He had no clue about my budget and never discussed it. He basically told me to go walk around, showed me where to find the prices and to figure it out on my own. I think this was mostly because I came in casual jeans or something. Either way, walked out the store. I was annoyed enough to write this review and will never shop there again. You might have a better experience if you go in with a suit and tie.
