  Hi there, if you are Reading this is bc you have a water pipe issue and I can tell you if you use Harris water main you will be in good hands. They did a great job in my house replacing main water pipe and work with me and my budget.

  After calling a few companies I decided to go with “Harris Water Main & Sewer” because they were the most attentive to my needs and the price seemed right. They were able to come out right away and gave me a verbal quote, which was followed by a professional written quote via email. They were able to start the job one days after I signed the proposal and finished the job in just one day. The whole team acted together and very professional. Brett even gave me a discount because they didn't have to do as much work as he originally thought. Talk about honest, I don't know who else would pass down their savings to the customer, so I think Brett is a very fair man. Also, all the workers were nice and knew there busyness. Thanks

  After a week of brutally cold weather my water main burst, leaking down the sidewalk. Out of the four companies I called, Harris Water and Main had the best customer service. They replied quickly, sent someone out to explain the project, how the regulations in New York work and came in at the lowest price. They even communicated with my home owner's insurance company to assist me with a claim. Strongly recommend.

  The week before Christmas my neighbor informed me that he believed my sewer line was leaking into his basement. This was confirmed and I had three companies come out and give me quotes. I was the fourth house on our Clinton Hill block to do this work and I'm the only one who was thrilled by the company that I hired (one house on the block is still waiting on the repairs to the section of the street that was opened which gets performed after the final payment which is due when work is done). This crew worked incredibly long hours and was completely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The proposal was actually a bit lower than the others I received and there was very little cleanup required in my basement (i had expected a total disaster). They were very clear about how the process would go along and answered all my questions.
