  Harris Teeter is great if you are looking for a store that offers products that you might not typically find in other grocery stores. There is parking in front of the store and, while there are parking meters, you just push a button to get parking at no cost. Very close in proximity to the Pentagon. We found prices at the grocery store to be quite reasonable as well.

  Customer service is the worst! If you hate yourself and want to waste all your time, visit this Harris Teeter.

  Average-size HT in a popular location = low on stock during the weekend rush... basically, if you're trying to stock up on eVic weekend specials, best go to one of the larger stores. Self-checkouts are constantly broken, so usually there are only 3-4 working at a time. Customer service is good but they get overwhelmed quickly.

  I have been a regular customer at this store for two years and I hate it so, so much. It's like flames on the side of my face. It is poorly-stocked, poorly-run, inexorably slow, the staff is slow when they're not being rude, rude when they're not being slow, and sometimes as a bonus, they're both! I hate how they constantly seem to stop stocking altogether things that I buy regularly, how they're always out of stock of half the other things I need, and their pharmacy is insultingly awful. I have waited on line for over 45 minutes before as a single pharmacist struggled to churn through 3 customers. 10 out of the last 12 times I have been in to pick up (non-prescription, but behind-the-counter) medication, they have been out of stock. I have had conversations about this with multiple pharmacy staff, but it happened again today, and it's the last straw. I hate this place. I refuse to give their pharmacy ANY more business, and can't wait to get out of the neighborhood just to get away from this godforsaken store.

  I love this neighborhood but HT is just a sore store among all..... the place has THE WORSE customer service in the Zip code at least The feeling as a customer is always like you are bothering them by being there.... and let's not even talk about the cashiers... The most amazing part, it has been going on for years like that and there are no attempts to make it better.... now wonder why it seems always empty compared to all the other stores around..... Sad little place.
