  This park has a pool, 2 baseball fields, an indoor and outdoor basketball gym, a playground, a community garden, and a public library. This is a nice park in a poor neighborhood so there are some homeless people but I have never had any problems with them.

  I go to the library, and it's staff is very friendly and helpful,plus it's a park also and a hospital right at their front door, transportation is close by.

  Ghetto kids and homeless people everywhere screaming and selling drugs taking up the restroom by washing themselves with the water fountain. Kids cursing like they have no parents and an overall bad staff

  Harmon Park is a beautiful urban park in the Central City South Village. For a park that was established around 1927 (which is old for Phoenix), this place is well maintained and there are a number of great amenities. I especially love the connection with the modern city library, the new basketball court, and the remodeled community gardens. This is certainly a point of pride for our urban core!
