  Lovely, well-stocked store; friendly, helpful staff. Food and music were great...too bad about the monsoon - like rain.

  Convenient location for service in central Suffolk county. John at the service counter is very helpful tries to acomodate your schedule when he can. As with most Harley dealers spring time is crazy bussy with start of rideing season service.

  The team at Suffolk HD are really a pleasure to work with. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and got me on a new bike. Most dealers hammer you on a trade and you leave feeling like garbage, not here. John was great and a straight shooter. In addition I had my first service there last week and a gentleman Pete was so flexible with the time I could drop off and pick up that it really felt like some good, old school customer service! Harley Davidson corporate office should use this dealer as a flagship dealer. Nice job gents and keep up the great work! Thanks Paul

  Excellent experience! Rubens was very knowledgeable and made my Street Glide purchase easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly and helpful. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

  Big place, nice friendly people. Good parking and easy to find. Lots of bikes and apparel and parts.
