  Over the memorial day weekend my 2002 Road King broke down. it was actually on memorial day. I was surprised to find a dealership open. I had a limited amount of tools and was unable to properly diagnose my problem. I took my coil in to the service department to see if they could check it. They could not without it being on my bike. However they advised me of a more likely issue. They were correct. I was able to purchase a (crankshaft position sensor). I was even given a discount on the part. The service department could have easily told me I would have to bring my bike in. I am sure they repair would have been rather expensive. They saved me a great deal of time and money. I commend the Manager on a great staff. They could not have been more helpful or courteous. Thank you all for turning a potential disastrous weekend into a safe and expedient trip home to Arkansas.

  Really disappointed with our visit. We have previously bought a bike here, but their useused selection was still beat up just didn't look cared for. No way world I consider even one of them. Building is currently being expanded, so maybe that's how all the damage occurred? Just left questioning the reliability of the bikes.

  Called another Harley Davidson dealership, that I won't name... "Sorry need an appointment for tire change." Called this one, and Mr. Phillip said yeah we're busy can we get you an appointment, I said I'm kinda looking for asap, he said bring it in and we will get ya as fast as we can. In less then 1.5 hours I was on the road again. Awesome service, thank you for not turning me down! (I even bought my Harley from the first place I called...) Definitely will recommend!

  Mechanics do an awesome job. Parts department has a nice selection of items offered.The service department works hard to get you in and out quickly whether you are there to get a service done, or you are just having accessories added. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. They have events every weekend and there is always cold beer and food available.

  They are in the middle of a renovation right now (Spring 2018) so parking can be a challenge but the staff is helpful and up-beat. They have a good selection of aftermarket accessories (think Kuyryaken and Custom Dynamics). Staff is laid back so don't get in a hurry. Can't wait for the renovation to be finished, it should be pretty sweet.
