  Horrid place. Would not let family (with medical IDs) up to see a family member who was in a Vespa accident. Kept tricking mom to go downstairs for coffee, with assurance that she could come right TV back, after which she would have to argue with the guard for 3-4 hours to be allowed back up. Mis-diagnosed my brother, and according to the 2nd hospital, left the valve in his lung opened for days, THIS being the reason for needing blood transfusions, not the injury! Really a terrible, incompetent place!

  Visiting the ENT clinic on 137st was sad. The clinic was semi-dead. Shortage in services and staff. I waited more than an hour and then I left. Thanks for the man who processed my application. He was very patient. HONESTLY, it was not good experience. I am just gonna look for somewhere else. NOT RECOMMENDED for ENT concerns. I hope they fix this problem in the future.

  Bad service... 4 veces en emergencia por lo mismo en 5 días.. No me quieren entregar los exámenes, tuve que esperar 3 horas para una inyección y mientras tanto por lo que fui al hospital dicen cosas distintas y el dolor matandome
