  I rarely write reviews but she is worth it. Jessica is a expectation exceeder. For the last few months she helped me navigate my EB-1 and each time we interacted she went above and beyond. I am thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, her deep knowledge and ability to think three or four steps ahead. Such a joy.

  I’ve never left a review for anything before but this time I HAD to! Jessica Hargis has been wonderful in helping me apply for my H1B visa. She has answered all my questions, and set up honest expectation which was very helpful! And even if I wasn’t lucky enough to be selected, she still afterward went out of her way to communicate information to my International Student Advisor who had difficulties updating my I-20 end-date. This simple act of kindness has avoided me to have future problems with U.S. customs when re-entering the country. All in all, Jessica is: trustworthy, patient and always answering emails within hours. I highly recommend her to anyone.

  Jessica is a lawyer that inspires so much unwavering trust and optimism that she makes the whole process of preparing an application a breeze. Her unhindered professionalism is exceptional, she's courteous, timely, extremely organized and knowledgeable. I have never had a lawyer this easy to work with who made applying for a visa this effortless. Whenever I would have doubts or be confused by something, she'd do the outmost to reassure me and guide me towards a solution. Jessica completely bulldozed any and all troubles I had. My visa was approved so so so much sooner than the average and I definitely think it's because of the meticulous application she prepared!

  Ms Hargis worked with me to obtain an H1B waiver job in healthcare. All of us who are trying to navigate the complicated arena of immigration would be so lucky to have such a competent and informed attorney on our side. I am so appreciate of her help. The process was smooth. Several colleagues who used other attorneys were not able to get H1B visas (they got the far less desirable J1). Later (recently), she acted as a consultant for questions I had about the green card application process and the portability clause. I had been strong-armed by my employer to use their law-firm whom I felt were not fully informed about the latest immigration laws. Given that something was amiss with my representation, I went back to Ms Hargis for advice. She was right on target. I felt supported, relieved and empowered. She gave me what I consider to be truly life-changing information, and I now have my green card in hand! It's needless to say that I have recommended and referred several of my colleagues and former co-workers to Ms Hargis for matters of immigration and employment. 5/5 stars
