  We walked in and waited for the hostess for like 5 minutes. We felt as though we were being ignored because there were only a couple of people at the bar. My party was 4 people I had ordered an alcoholic beverage and my husband ordered a dessert to come after his meal and we never got either. We didn't remind our waitress of what we ordered simply because she "memorized" it. (We didnt get charged for it but it still upset us because we never received what we ordered) We also felt that she was getting upset with us because we couldn't make up our minds on what to eat (we were from out of town and just want sure because there wasn't much sounding good) Now on top of all that the service was crappy. Our waitress never came and checked on us before we got our food to refill drinks, then when we got our appetizer she brought us dirty plates, and only checked on us once. Then after our meals come out she was kind of rude to the other girl who helped her bring out the food, then after we started digging in she kept checking on us more often. So often we couldn't really enjoy a nice conversation. Then as we were leaving she was really nice, wish we could of had that attitude at the beginning of our service. I've ate at a couple of hard rocks in a couple other states and this was by far the WORST experience ever. I will probably not go back to Hard Rock Cafe at Union Station in STL.

  Excellent experience, food is outstanding and plenty of it. Great atmosphere and our server Richard did awesome job made us feel very welcome and good recommendations for food. Definitely will visit again, made our anniversary awesome experience.

  I am a huge Hard Rock Cafe fan. It has probably been near 5 years since I was last here, so this review may not matter much, but I had a wonderful time. I love to look around all the "rock and roll" albums, pics, and memorabilia. Richie Samboras guitar was here!! Food was great as I recall.

  Staff very unfriendly. I love Hard Rock Cafe in many cities. They are alive and always a fun place to go. This one in St Louis had a greeter that could barely look up from her phone to seat us. We had called earlier to make reservations and were told that no reservations were necessary because they were not busy the night we wanted to go. When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t be seated for some time because the restaurant was booked. When we explained about our earlier attempt to make reservations, we were told that that never happened. Two different people in our group called for reservations and were told the same thing. Very unreliable staff and management.

  The service was great! Our servers name was Bear and he did an outstanding job. The reason for leaving a one star review is because of the lack of portion size for the price. The burger I ordered was $20 after tax and was not even close to being good. I would have much rather gone to the store and cooked my own burger rather than spending $20 on a burger that did not taste good.
