  Room Size adequate, bathrooms good, location is good, busy are for ladies of the evening

  This is a Residential Hotel. The rooms are typically rented weekly. The rate is usually $200- $250, depending on the type of room. Rooms with windows facing the street are at the higher end. Some rooms include bathrooms, however most of them do not. There is a full time house keeping staff as well as a friendly maintenance man. Rooms are cleaned once and week, and the shared facilities are cleaned daily. However the bathrooms are awful. There are also some overall aesthetic issues. Compared to other residential hotels at this rate The Harcourt is nice. With some love and care a room in The Harcourt could be an affordable cozy oasis in the city.

  Keep in mind these number ratings i gave are based in comparison with the other SRO Hotels I've stayed at. The room would be 100x more relaxing and homey if I didn't have to.sleep with the lights on 24-7 because of roach problem They kept telling me an exterminater was coming to keep me quiet. Other than that and one or two of the 4-6 staff members being kinda if dick i would have to say that i would rather nd here than anywhere else.
