  Horrible management, worst being the store manager (Torkel), never rely on inventory they tell you everything is wrong, employees are treated like dirt by the new management. If your looking for employment expect odd hours (sometimes 12 hours or more lucky to get break) and random cut of hours (supervisors are lucky to get 35 hours, part timers maybe 15-20 hours if you sell plans and sometimes they just don't care about that. Some employees only get 8 hours a week. New management needs to be fired and replaced to get this store back to where it was before they came in. If I could put 0 stars I would. There is only 3 employees if that that know the products they sell in store and none of them are managers 2 supervisors and an associate. I feel bad for the customers that come into this store because they won't get the service they deserve.

  You get what you pay for; the surrounding service policies are where they chisel back. Also, see the picture: 'Happy Independence Day! Come here and buy crud from China, a country that's spending the money to prepare for war with us.'

  Excellent deals on tools with prices far below the bigger stores. Your mileage may vary when it comes to quality per item. Some items I purchased were just as high quality as Home Depot at less than half.
