  Hey, it's Harbor Freight! Love it or hate it, it's exactly what you think it is. Cheap chinese tools, some are good enough, some are complete junk. I really like their toolboxes. Predator generators are very sturdy engines. Hand tools are generally flimsy, but for the price what did you expect. This location seems to have the full inventory, in its usual hard to find layout. Not sure why things are always hard to find, but that's part of the price of shopping here. Go on a sale day, get your 25% coupon warmed up, and stock up on tools you might not be able to afford anywhere else!
