  This gym is the ultimate Alpha Male gym. But they do have a Alpha Female Latina in there who wears a pink and black cardillo weight belt. I am never leaving this gym. THE BEST.......😁

  This is the best gym that I have been to in Brooklyn. I never have an issue with waiting for the equipment I want to use. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer dry and wet towels and this helps the gym stay clean. They also have a great selection of protein drinks. Highly recommend them!

  The facility here is so good, I walked in and the area was nice, clean and the reception was super nice. The equipment was also clean, and the people here help you out with form suggestions too. Would go again. Membership is a bit pricey but it shows how dedicated the people here are for working out.

  I had such a great experience when I was a memeber. Such a clean gym, with great classes and an amazing friendly staff! I wish I could still belong but unfortunately we moved away. The staff is extremely accommodating Lisa, the manager was easily available to help me out with any questions and concerns. The staff really makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area, it’s affordable too!
