  1 year and a half there.They were very unorganized and quick to lay blame on parents to obtain information they were given multiple times. They will turn your child away for mistakes they have made.Very unorganized which makes it complicated for single hard working parents...yes im quite sure this daycare was unable the find the proper records concerning this matter..firstly being you dont have my name.Secondly I assume your establishment is audited often due to the disarray of operations. No attempt was ever made to reconcile...i almost lost my job due to their unprofessionalism and turning my kids away numerous times...yes my care was officially terminated after I made the decision to not return and had reached my boiling point with the way things were being handled there,which any struggling parent would understand. The Teachers were awesome thou!

  Happy Faces is an outstanding child care center staff is excellent and very patient with parents and the children especially Mrs Tadams very professional sweet and she provides great leadership, Ms Sharp she is very patient and kind Good job team :)

  This center was the worst. Would not help with potty training and there was a high turnover rate for staff. Over the pass two years I have seen teachers and families come and leave in the matter of weeks. The owner is extremely unprofessional. She gave my son a termination letter claiming his health documents were missing and provided no apology when she found the documents in his file. Horrible center, staff yells at children and it was a overall horrible experience. Unprofessional staff with attitudes and shouldn't be around children on any level.

  My son has been attending Happy Faces since he was six months old. He is now three and will be starting preschool this year. I have watched this daycare grow and its awesome to see change when its for the greater good.He enjoys going to school. So much so that he passes me up at times just to give teachers hugs and kisses, and this is a child who has to warm up to everyone, even family. He had a speech delay due to fluid on his ear but after surgery, the teachers at Happy Faces worked diligently to get him prepared for school. He knows how to recognize his name his letters, colors, shapes, and most importantly he LOVES to read. Thank you Happy Faces for all you support and a special thank you to Ms. Tiffany for making sure he received his asthma treatments daily sometimes every four hours. Last, but not least Ms. Bruce I heard that name in my sleep because he said it so much. Thank you for all the Potty training advise because we did it he is ready for Preschool. Thanks again Happy Faces each teacher my child has had, has made an impact in his life. Thank you!

  A great place to grow, learn and be apart of the positive change in our youths lives. I love being apart of a team of strong, educated ladies who care about the children and want the best for them. Leadership also does a great job of setting the standard. Happy Faces is truly a place where learning IS fun!
