  Originally I we received a repairman, young guy who was friendly but very lazy who did just a terrible job. I was not sure how the company would follow through and initially rated the company 1 star. UPDATE: This update reflects the Cherry Hills location of Handy Man Matters, not the Centennial location. All the errors of the original repair were corrected completely and I thank Handy Man Matters for their follow through. The original review indicated a poor repair job, but the company cared enough to fix problems created by a not so caring repair guy. I was happy with the company's attention to quality control. It's very telling when a company corrects its mistakes rather than offer excuses. I would definitely use them again knowing that they will make the repair 'right'.

  I consider myself a fairly skilled person when it comes to house projects, but bit off a little more than I could chew on last weekend's project. I've never used a handyman service before, so didn't know what to expect when I called to schedule some help. Overall, I was extremely happy with the job that Handyman Matters performed. The price was great for the work. They fit me into the schedule the same day I called and exceeded my expectations in getting the work done within 3 days. Jerry and Rudy were both great, very knowledgeable, and even shared some tips with me to improve my skill set. The lady who answered the phone and scheduled everything was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if I take on something larger than I can handle.

  I have hired Handyman Matters for 2 jobs now. Both times they performed the jobs efficiently and well. I find them to be respectful and trustworthy. I have more jobs coming up and will definitely use them again. It means a lot to me to have someone to call on that I can trust.

  Handyman Matters provided an excellent scope of work, broken into sections so that I could choose which projects that I could have them complete. Very timely email reminders, great attentiveness during our phone conversations, the work was completed without issues and neatly. Staff were very responsible while at my elementary school.

  We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. They were polite and great with our family working around them and our life. My only concern is the cost of a simple project but they are not nearly as high as other companies. Well worth the money and plan on using them for the next project coming up soon.
