  I am very happy with my new bathroom remodel. Gonzo and his crew came in and just tranformed my restroom hi stayed in budget and very professionally his crew was amazing very polite and hard working and most of all on time. Thanks Gonzo Kelly

  Do not hire Frank Gonzales (aka Gonzo). He was hired to remodel my kitchen and living room. Paid him alot of money for inferior work. He makes promises he cannot deliver. His Electrician wired dishwasher to light switch. Several junction boxes were left open (safety hazard). Didnt install enough breakers to island, would have triped breaker if used dishwaser and disposal at the same time. They installed flooring pattern wrong. The flooring was not installed under door jams instead they left big gaps around the door ways. Had me order 8 more boxes of flooring (160 square feet) because he said they came up short. They either stole or damaged it because we had another contractor install the flooring and he didnt come close to needing the 8 additonal boxes. He was hired to install brand new interior doors. They took the doors offsite to paint, they got water damage and they installed the damages doors. The texture has craters all in it from air pockets (too much water). Installed 1cabinet unlevel. Three drawers dont open right. Painted cabinetry with wrong kind of paint now all the doors stick. Can lights were textured instead of raising the housing to make flush with ceiling. Front door was not framed out correctly. I made multiple attempts to try to resolve this issue with Gonzo. He told my husband he would make it right. Three days later I get an email stating he cannot continue the job. He doesnt answer nor return my phone calls any longer. Extremely disappointed because we had to pay other contractors to redo the remodel. It will cost us an additional $14,000 to fix what this company screwed up. We only owed him $7,700 left. He needs to refund $6,300 given he didnt fix things as he promised. Please dont uses this contractor and make the same mistake I did.

  I hired Gonzo to remove an existing fiberglass shower/tub stall and replace it with a new tub and tile walls. His crew did the job in a fast and professional manner, always cleaning up after themselves. The shower is beautiful! I'm hoping to use them for future improvements, as well.
