  after 4 months and $420 my vintage gucci bag broke the day after i got it back... i brought it back in again and i still havent gotten it back after a 5th month... i am infuriated.

  Such a great place , I came last minute to get soles protector for my red bottoms they were very friendly, great prices , I definitely recommend this place it's amazing and great quality products ! Thanks Hector

  Scam artists, take your business elsewhere! Dropped off two pairs of shoes to get re-soled. Came by a week later to pick up, and they had forgotten to do the job. I gave them another chance, and my wife picked them up while I was out of town. She was double-charged!!! They claimed they had given me a receipt with the quote on it. They didn't. Run away as fast as you can.

  I had the BEST experience here. I dropped off a very favorite travel suitcase with a broken zipper and they fixed it on the spot. They were friendly, efficient and very professional. I was delighted and the price was very reasonable also. Thanks guys. I will return.
