  Love coming here to relax! The staff is always friendly and the technicians are professional. Ginger gives excellent facials, and the massages are on point as well. The memberships they offer are reasonable for the excellent service you get!

  The spa itself is beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming. Our massage therapists were skilled and attentive to every detail from room temperature and lighting to aching muscles and relaxation techniques. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to going there again.

  This spa was clean and inviting. My massage therapist did a great job and the coconut water was a nice touch. I will be back for sure!

  Jackie was just wonderful. I have an admittedly low pain tolerance and she took the time to gently work out sore muscles without causing pain. She was very effective with her communication and never seemed rushed in her work. You can tell the staff are passionate about helping people.

  I had a great experience at Hand & Stone in West Village. My technician, Ginger, was friendly and professional and offered some useful tips and advice about my skin care routine. I look forward to my next visit and would definitely recommend this spa!
