  Excellent location. The wait is short and the service is optimized for comfort. They have a great 1st visit price deal, but they're regular pricing is much higher than average. They have a subscription package, which is cheaper than the regular price, but you have to pay this monthly and it covers one session for that month. Unless you want to do this on a monthly basis, it isn't as valuable to you as it is for them. 4 stars for the facility and service.

  From the moment I walked in, it was wonderful so welcoming. The girls working were so nice and Nelly was AMAZING!!! She took her time and massaged away all the knots I had. It went so Great that I made the decision to become a Member right at that momet. it is definitely worth it, with all the perks you get. I do recommend this Hand & Stone to anyone. If you do go tell them I sent you !!!

  The customer service and professionalism exhibited by the managers and staff at the Hand & Stone Clifton location is impeccable. The first massage I ever got there was amazing and I walked out of there with a membership because I was so happy with the service. (This was now over a year ago) I have received both trigger point therapy, hot stone massages as well as facials. I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Fatima! I have been going to her for my monthly appointments and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. This place comes highly recommended and is a must go!

  My first experience & every experience afterwards, have been nothing but amazing. I’ve been a member since January & it was the best decision. As soon as you walk in the environment is very clean. The front desk is very welcoming & friendly as well. I highly recommend Kelvin. For massages in the past I’ve only stuck to light/medium because I was nervous for firm pressure. However now all I get is a firm deep tissue massage every month with him! I never realized how much my back & body need the firm pressure. But he tailors the massage to your exact needs & is wonderful at it.

  I have been going to this H&S location for well over a year and have consistently good experiences. The place is always neat and clean. The front desk people are always friendly and helpful. The massage therapists are always polite and attentive. I was most recently here last Monday night. I was scheduled for with Kelvin, which was the first time he has worked with me. He was excellent. I have some moderate back issues, which he attended to therapeutically, as well as giving me a very relaxing massage. I highly recommend this location and I recommend Kelvin.
