  I booked my girlfriend a prenatal massage. I can’t remember the masseuse’s name. But she was a sweetheart. They even allowed me to sit in the back while she got the massage.

  I have been a member for almost 2 years and have had no problems. A couple of the technicians were not that good but I have found several that I liked and one that I continually book. I have also canceled my contract as a test and it is very easy to do at you local location with a simple signature.

  I have been a member for 1 month shy of 2 YEARS and today I terminated my membership. I booked my fiance a massage with Denny (who is amazing), when he got there it wasn't Denny giving him the massage. This is the 3d time an appt was not booked correctly with this location. I spoke with the manager, Shawna, to figure out a solution. She has to be the RUDEST manager I have ever dealt with. She kept cutting me off and speaking over me while I was trying to explain the situation, then she hung up on me. A manager should know how to give PROPER customer service and try to find a solution for an ongoing problem instead of being rude and making the situation WORSE! I'll take my money elsewhere!

  I have been going here for a few months and purchased a membership and have been very happy. I get my massages done by Tricia and she is awesome! I highly recommend her. The rooms are very clean and the staff is always welcoming and professional.
