  The worse for it to be a hand and stone establishment. I felt like I was getting a simple rub down with oil. I asked for hot stone/medium pressure with concentration on lower back. I also asked for hot towel foot exfoliation massage. I received No pressure, my lower back was hardly touched, the stones were luke warm, foot exfoliation was nothing but hot towels wrapped around my feet. My arms were oiled down but no massage. Afterwards I expected the hot towel that is usually offered after every session. NO TOWEL! Throughout my session I kept hearing opening/closing drawers, running water (I don’t know if she was washing stones or her hands in between massage). I could not relax or loosen up. This was the worst experience ever. I felt like I wasted unnecessary money. The way I felt walking in, is the way I felt walking out. Rejuvenation after my massage definitely was not mastered. I still tipped her, but a very low tip. I will never go back to this establishment

  I did not enjoy my experience at Hand and Stone. I left feeling tenser than I had when I arrived, and my masseuse was kind, but not very effective. I would not recommend this location.

  I had a facial with Marissa and felt amazing afterwards. She was very helpful in letting me know what my skin needs to get ready for my wedding day.

  I get facials here. I go to Ellie, she does a good job. Been to her about 5 times. My husband gets massages. He enjoys them, i prefer the facials. Skin is looming Good!

  This setting has a variety of massage experts. I’ve been going there regularly for well over a year and continue to like how they work. Always on time. Friendly across the board. I’ve added facials and boy, what a treat. I only have praise for Shirley for an awesome massage and Julie for a thorough facial. Michele
