  This is the worst Whitney bank in the city, by far, and as a Business owner I have been to all of them. Because of this bank I am cancelling my account and switching banks. They are rude, do not seem to want to do their jobs, and gave me a massive headache trying to deposit a US treasury check, claiming it was fraudulent. Despite the fact that I have been depositing these same US Treasury checks for years. At this branch, they do not seem to want to do their jobs, and they do not understand how to treat business customers.

  I've consistently received poor service at this bank. The tellers are rude and don't communicate with you at all before walking away from their desks to get approvals etc. They never have large bills here and are rude if you ask for them. I always liked the idea of supporting a small, local bank. But not when this is the way they treat their local customers. Sticking with Chase and never cashing a check here again.
