  Awful. We checked in late, went up to the 5th floor, put our bags down, then left to get something to eat. When we came back our keys did not work. My hubby went downstairs 3x to get them reprogrammed...no luck. The guy at the desk came up with several master keys...none of them worked. He finally called the manager, who said he would be over in 10 min. Mind you, this was nearly 2 am, and we had just driven in fro Florida! On top of that, the hotel smelled, one elevator was out of order, the other elevator sounded like it was on its last leg, and the carpeting throughout was pretty gross. The manager finally opened the door with something resembling a hangar. We grabbed our things and left. I would NOT recommend this hotel. We wound up staying around the block at a Courtyard for less $$ and it was fantastic!

  Nice Hampton Inn, and incredible service! Mr. Ed, a member of the management team is very kind and attentive to the guests. The ladies at the front desk are amazing, specifically Lanice. Very clean and well kept.

  Great hotel with outdoor pool! The staff was very kind and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very filling. I would definitely stay here again.

  Ethel, front desk, super sweet and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Being a member received 2 complimentary waters. Only issue, which was not over whelming was our shower head was a little messed up, kinda sprayed in odd directions. Breakfast was very good. Car parking was secure and gated. We went to the game at Minute Maid park. Took about 20 minutes to get there using the metro train. Nice place to stay and very close to the medical center, hopefully that's not why you are there.

  Very organized here and professional. The staff does everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one. The breakfast is second to none.choose Hampton inn for your next stay you won't be disappointed.
