  Great service, staff was attentive and kind. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds. I wish they would have had a Jacuzzi and more hot food at breakfast but overall the experience great. Area has a lot of restaurant options and fun to explore. I'll definitely be going back and staying here.

  I called ahead on Diamond line and asked for special accommodation because I am disabled and I called 5 hours before I arrived. Diamond Member line employee claims everything was taken care of . When I arrived at hotel they acted like no one called ahead . I was unable to get through to hotel directly and this is why I asked the Diamond Line to call. Manager called me and claimed she didn't understand what Diamond Member was talking about and claims no one called . I was supposed to get points back or it was supposed to be escalated calls pulled . It's a great location the room was not clean found hair in shower .

  Spent 1 night there for a work trip. It is ok, the quality and the environment is as expected. It’s a typical Hampton Inn style. Free breakfast is provided for convenience. The room is spacious enough for 1 king bed. Room is a bit dated and carpet is quite worn out. Overall is comfortable enough. Dining area is clean. The immediate area seems safe.

  Great location when visiting Cincinnati University. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is well-kept and clean. The parking was a little tricky, and be sure you get a parking pass if up top or you'll get a ticket from the city. The rooms were exactly as expected, comfortable and clean. The breakfast offering was a huge plus, when staying over a couple of nights.

  Stayed at this hotel for a work trip this weekend and that staff provided exceptional customer service! From the moment I arrived to the time I left. Every single staff member, cleaning crew etc was so polite. I actually had to sit in the lobby for about an hour waiting for a friend because I was too early for check-in and just hearing how the front desk staff communicated with everyone was so impressive and made me feel really good about staying at this location. They met every request with a smile and it was greatly appreciated!!
