  Great location, very clean and modern hotel. Staff very welcoming and courteous. They keep fresh cool cucumber lemon berry water in lobby. Will definitely recommend. It's also conveniently located close to everything in downtown. If you are on a top floor has great views with a walk out balcony.

  This has been the best hotel. Close to the Capitol and the University and within easy walking distance to many fun shops/restaurants on the Drag. Also, they were great about letting me stay an extra night in my same room for the same rate when my flight got cancelled due to a blizzard. Would recommend!

  I stayed here for my anniversary. Facility is clean, Staffs offered service above and beyond my expectation. Hot breakfast was good, we have plenty of foods to choose from. I can tell that they recently renovated because hotel room door was equipped with system that you can open the room with your phone. (Too bad that there was a glitch so I couldn't use it.) Noise level was pretty low and view was nice. They got me 2 champagne bottles and a happy anniversary card which is very nice. However, I wish I was informed about $23/day parking fee that was going to be charged on top of hotel fee when I was booking hotel online. Maybe it was in the fine print but this was a surprise, but it's worth every penny. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and easy.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Might be my favorite hotel of all time! To start, the check-in staff was awesome, kind, funny, and beyond helpful. The room had a ceiling fan! This is a big thing for a Floridian; we get used to sleeping with them, and I never sleep well in hotels. I DID in this one. Plus, the air was ice-cold - loved it! The balcony was huge and offered amazing views, and the room and bathroom were super clean. The refrigerator was very cold too, something that is uncommon in my experience. There are great restaurants across the street and you are close to so much. I couldn't find anything to complain about if I tried. It will be my go-to hotel in Austin.
