::Rooms clean. Bathroom being remodeled. Left a pair of shoes and pillow and they where very polite the maid turned them in and we called and they FedEx them to use.

::One of the worst SPG hotel I’ve been. It’s still in renovation. Old facility simply covered with fresh paint, not all the place. I can hear people walking on the floor every night. And expensive. After several nights, I tried another SPG hotel near airport. Cheaper and way way better than this one.

::AVOID THIS PLACE! Reserved a room for the weekend so my family could go to a Rangers series. Booked through their own website (not 3rd party) and even checked in online. Should have been able to go straight to my room. But I stopped at the desk to get an extra card, just in case. While there they said that for some reason they needed to run my card again, which their system rejected. Fast forward an hour and they realize they just put in a new system and someone didn’t set them up with discover correctly. Instead of putting me into the room I already checked in to and working out their problems later, they left me and my 4yo son sitting in the lobby. At that point everything else had already been booked and it was past game time. We had no options. The management team should be fired. I’ve never had an experience like this before. I will forever more speak out against this particular hotel and Hampton in general. I am an honors member and travel frequently. This is the worst staff I’ve ever come across and none seem to be aware they work in the hospitality industry. Your incompetence ruined the weekend for my family.

::Clean rooms, good service, adequate for business travelers. It was not our first choice but all the hotels in the area were booked. Overall very clean, but the hotel is worn and showing its age. All the room amenities were good and working. Bedside outlets were not available without disconnecting something. Bathroom light switch was really hard to find. Breakfast was fair. Only imitation yogurt offered, which Marriott has figured out and is offering real Greek yogurt more and more. At least they had fresh fruit. Exercise equipment was worn down. Fan on treadmill covered in thick dust build up. Good location near several good restaurants. Overall would return, but likely I would stay elsewhere if those hotels had availability.

::I really like this hotel. Everyone is nice. The hotel has a nice atmosphere you actually want to sit in the lobby. The room was clean and the beds made sleeping enjoyable. Well actually the beds made waking up enjoyable because that is when I usually feel the pain from sleeping on a bad mattress.
