::The Hampton Inn at the Convention Center is in a good location. At the convention center any near Broad Street. The rooms in this location are newly renovated and in near perfect condition. And the rate at this hotel is often an excellent value. Something to consider at this location is the preponderance of people living on the streets. I encountered no issue with the neighbors forced to live outside the convention center but there are many around the facility and many at and around Reading Terminal Market.

::Nice, remodeled rooms. But more importantly, some of the nicest staff and best customer service I’ve ever received. From the breakfast room to the custodial staff and more, everyone was incredibly nice and always asking how they could help me. They seem to enjoy their jobs.

::I really loved my experience at this hotel! Everyone at the front desk was so nice, especially the young lady with black curly hair. I wish I could remember her name. Rooms were nice and it was the perfect distance from the convention center. I would recommend.

::The level of customer service here is incredible. I have never had such s great experience at a hotel before. From the management team to the guest service agents - every interaction was a pleasant one. We even stopped by the manager’s office to let him know how impressed we were. Vashti Zawacki in particular was extremely positive and nice during every interaction we had with her. Our plane was delayed and she worked with us to make sure we got the most out of our experience. Even with all of the construction going on we had such a great time. We will be coming back for sure!
