  Muy agradable el lugar. La atención ha sido excelente. Tuve problemas con la primera habitación, y ellos me solucionaron el problema rápido.

  Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Love that they have recycling bins on every floor. They are currently undergoing renovations but they were thoughtful enough to provide you with earplugs even though we didn't hear any work being done. Breakfast was included and they have a nice selection. Rooms are kind of on the small side but otherwise nice place to stay.

  Performing noisy construction and did not warn me. Hammers started banging at 7:30 am above me and at 8:00 am at the new building next door. Paid in advance full price for 3 rooms for 3 days and would not offer anything but a minimal refund. No hot water and cold water is lukewarm. Stay away from these idiots. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in a box behind the mall. Fully appreciate renovation but don't be so greedy! Warn guests and reduce rates....or just close the place until completed.

  Nice desk girl. Place is under construction so it not in the best shape but that's understood. Rooms was super nice. Clean and Comfy beds. Free breakfast wasn't great but we all know that's always hit or miss. What has already been finished building looks great. Once the overhaul is done it'll be a nice little place to stay. Good location also not far from things but not right on a busy street.

  We have really loved our stay. Traveling with three kids 4 and under is a challenge but the staff is so accommodating. My kids have a little stuffed monkey and the housekeeping staff puts in silly ways around the room for the kids to find when they come back to the hotel. Small details like that sure make a trip fun! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
