Nice Hampton Inn convenient SoHo location. Always a plus is the free breakfast. Personnel here were extremely helpful. Rooms are modestly sized as one expects in Manhattan. But everything you need is there.

Great location to subway. Good free breakfast. Construction going on in front of building. Rooms were on the small side but adequate.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and large enough. The staff are very friendly, and A delicious breakfast is included to get your day started. Also there's a gym in the building if you like to continue your routine. Close to metro stations. Over all i really enjoyed my stay there

The hotel had slightly 'gone to seed' as they say (everything on the verge of breaking down, 'seventies decor) and was not exactly the 'boutique hotel' I'd expected for the price, but then again, I'm aware that NY is crazy expensive. The location was good; the staff is very nice.. Their breakfast service/habit is offensive in that it uses 100% throw-away utensils, plates, sugar, jam, everything plastic: the amount of garbage, every single day for a hotel-full of people was too incredulous to contemplate. I shall complain about that to Hampton Inns; if they do this across the board of their chain I'm offended by their business methods. Hiring a few dishwashers and using real plates and cutlery should be a reasonable alternative to engendering all this garbage. The sugar and starch content of their utterly mainstream American breakfast was pretty awesome, too.

I would NEVER stay here again. Best way to describe this place is seedy. There was hair from various body parts on our pillows and sheets. We informed the front desk who gave us clean sheets we had to change ourselves. The bathroom fixtures are redone but the walls have various stains which looked like blood and/or urine. The shower did not drain properly in my room and was quickly turning into a shallow tub. All in all, horrible one night stay.
