::Nice place. Clean and close to several restaurants. Only issue was their supposed 'fitness center' in the basement. Hardly anything in there, but that's ok. You wouldn't be able to use the equipment because of boxes and a foldaway bed. It's used as a storage room.

::Didint appear to be like an operative hotel. More in the essence of a.sleezy joint. Photos are exaggerated to make facilities to look larger. Place has odors in hallways, very small rooms and dirty kitchen. The hotel is.low quality a converted small tenement building. It's dirty. Has odors. Not your run fir the money. A disappointment.

::This was the best situation I could've asked for when I ended up landing at LGA much later than expected and had to be just blocks away the next day. I was apprehensive that it was so inexpensive, but it turned out great! It's in a quiet area and I slept great in the comfortable bed. The building had an older floor layout, but the decor was modern and the rooms were a very decent size and included a closet. I only stayed one night but it was so conveniently located and the staff was so nice that I was sad to leave, even though I only live 30 minutes away. I could hear doors to the other rooms on the floor slam and when housekeeping knocked on other doors it sounded like it could be on mine, but it was after 9 am and I was already up. I had a view of a staircase in the neighboring building, but nothing I couldn't handle considering they're something I see all the time anyway.

::Fantastic hotel! I will definitely look to stay there again if in New York. Very close to attractions such as World Trade Center, China Town, Time Square and the harbour where the cruises take place. Staff are very friendly and often go the extra mile to ensure you are ok. A comfortable and nice room with bed. If you book at this hotel you won't go wrong I promise.

::Location was awesome for Brooklyn hanging out. Also good spot to walk to downtown and financial district spots. Easy getting to from JFK by train. Room was small, but fine since we weren't hanging at the hotel like dummies. Great free breakfast every morning. Only thing that sucks was no mini fridge.
