  Great staff. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. From the general manager, Margaret, to the nice lady in the kitchen that checked on us often. Only a couple of blocks to the river and river taxi. Rooms were nice enough.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Check in was very pleasant. Quick, professional and helpful. My room was very clean and included a nice towel swan to greet me. Bathrooms were clean as well. Parking is $7 / day for overnight guests. The hotel itself is in a great spot. All in all I'd stay here again.

  This is a case of "it is what it is." For a mid-level, limited service property this property meets expectations in most areas and exceeds some. Friendliness was it's strong point. Other than check in, where the staff were not particularly friendly, the rest of the team were on point. I will even give that experience a bit of a pass as we were a group of 6 rooms checking in at once. Breakfast was well prepared, clean and replenished quickly. Property was clean and comfortable. Morning dining area staff were a highlight. Warm and friendly. I would recommend this over some nearby places that looked very tired.
