  Room was comfortable, bed comfortable, newer hotel. My room could have been cleaner on arrival. Staff were nice. Location good for shopping.

  The hotel was nice, just like any other Hampton inn. Personnel was very friendly. They cleaned my room everyday. The only thing that I didn't like, was that one morning as i was walking into the restroom, I found a cockroach on the roof. Later that day they told me that they were fumigating the hotel and that's the reason why bugs were coming out. I ended up killing it, and they cleaned it out later that day. Maybe next time they fumigate they should do it when they say they don't have any customers in the rooms.

  When staying for work, I judge hotels on: Cleanliness 3 (older property so hard to keep clean) Internet speed. 4 Shower Pressure/Hot Water 3 Gym Size n/a 1 is awful, 3 is good, and 5 is great. N/a means I did not use. *4 stars is everything on par, and I reserve 5 stars for something extraordinary that happened during my stay.

  Great beds and linens. Pillows were perfect. Clean rooms and nice staff. Beware of the GIANT spreed bump in the back. No warning and at night you cannot see it. I was going slow and still feel like I hit a wall.

  I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. I was attending a concert in the area. Service was outstanding from check in to check out. The staff from management to cleaning was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and this is why I rate 5 stars, but I wish I could rate higher. I didn't notice until a couple days ago that I was missing my diamond necklace. I searched my jewelry box and all around the house, but I finally back tracked and remembered the last time I remember taking it off was at the hotel, so I just took a gamble to call and see if it was possibly turned in and to my surprise it was. I emailed a picture for confirmation and it was confirmed, so to say all of this. This staff and location deserves 10 stars in my book. It is not often you hear of this happening and I am still just in Awe. The necklace is very sentimental to me as it was the very first diamond my husband bought me when we were dating. I will make this location my very first choice and refer to all of my family and friends !! Very Pleased And Thankful Customer...
