  Great place. Super fast fixing my lawn mower. They called me the next day. Very nice people and informative. Gave me info on alcohol free gasoline which should be used in mowers. Will definitely use again.

  Very friendly and helpful staff with a variety of necessities and harder to find items. They also always have a treat for my dog when he comes with me!

  Excellent customer service and selection. I bought a chair online and they did not send the hardware to assemble it. I checked many hardware stores and big box stores and Hamline hardware was the only place that had everything I needed. They helped me find all of the screws etc and took the extra time to look at my directions to make sure that everything was correct. Thanks to Hamline hardware I had all the correct hardware and was able to assemble my chair.

  This place is the best. Not only are they super patient, knowledgable, helpful, and polite, but they're so kind! They brought a shovel to me when I was stuck, half a mile away, in the snow. I always go to them for little things, and always walk away with exactly what I need. Thanks, guys! Nothing better than a neighborhood hardware store like yours!

  1/14/2018 at 2:22 pm. I called to ask a seek guidance about purchasing a couple of paint products such as sealant and primers. The man on the phone was impatient, talked over me and spoke down to me. After which, he abruptly said that he had to go. HIs customer service Etiquette on the phone did not communicate that they want or need additional business. He said, "I have too many customers right now and I can't talk to you."Thumbs down- 100%.
