  I spent over $50 on two costumes for my children. IF they were in good condition, the price wouldn't be an issue. My son's ninja turtle costume was supposed to fit a 6-8 year old. Well, I can fit it. Someone switched the costumes to where there was a larger size in the bag. My daughter got the princess belle costume. She was so excited to get this dress. Well the damn thing was ripped before we even got home. The seams were falling apart, the entire costume needed to be mended. To top it all off the cashier was a complete jerk, and made a very rude comment in front of my children and other costumers. I will NEVER go to Halloween Express ever again. And now I find out I can't even exchange them. I know losing my business won't make any difference to this chain store, but please don't go there. You will not get what you intended to buy, and your children will be disappointed. This store deserves a zero rating. 0.
