  Worst Customer Service and Experience Ever! I went into the store on Monday since I had the day off to pick up an item I had shipped to the store. When I walked in I asked the associate, Shawna, if she could check on my item. I knew immediately it was not going to go well when she asked me with an attitude if I received a confirmation of delivery. I said I would track it and found it was delivered on May 25, 2017. She checked several times for my item but could not locate it. She told me she could call me when it came in. I could just come back in another day. Funny, since she made me confirm it was delivered before she would check. I let her know it is hard for us to come in. She said it was in mailbox and threw her arms up like I should understand what that meant and they could ship it to me. I requested overnight mail and she continued to give me an attitude and told me it was Monday. I said yes, she could overnight on Tuesday and I would receive it by Wednesday. She asked where I lived and I stated Ahwatukee. Shawna began laughing. I let her know she was being rude. She said she was not. I asked her why she was laughing? She said because I said it was hard for me to come in and I live in Ahwatukee. Clearly, she has no idea that just because I live in the same "city" that I live no where close to the store. I had to explain we both work full time jobs and have a family- which is really none of her business. I said a few choice words to her and left the store with no resolution. She would not provide me with a manager's name or contact number and stated she was appointed in charge due to her manager being in the hospital. I have never been treated with such a lack of respect, laughed at or made to feel so awful by anyone. I plan to never shop there again.

  All smiles and polite until you want to use a coupon. We had a Hallmark 5 dollar off any 15 dollar purchase coupon. Every year my wife and I go to hallmark and pick up a Christmas ornament. This year that ornament was classified a keepsake ornament. Upon check out we were lectured about how there are no coupons that can be used on keepsake ornaments. The cashier then pulled out coupons reading how each one said, "excluding keepsake ornaments". We then looked at our coupon and read aloud to her the fine print that started the exceptions, none of which listed the ornaments. she then went through two managers to get someone to verify that we could not use the coupon. While waiting she continued to lecture us on how the last 4 years she worked there, hallmark has never allowed coupons to be used for ornaments. Eventually the head manager said they would make an exception this time emphasizing that it would never be allowed again. Excuse us for wanting to use your store's coupon, and excuse us for hallmark not printing the coupon to list your standard exclusion. I almost gave them a 1 star but they did honor the coupon in the end. I can't believe the amount of grief and attitude that we received over a 5 dollar coupon though. We were never rude, discourteous, or angry at any point. We just felt that we should be able to use a discount that the company issued and if there are any purchases that should be excluded they would be printed on the coupon. Customer service isn't just giving the customer what they want. It is about keeping the customer happy and serving with respect.
