  Awful service, the visit was fine with polite staff and the dentist seemed competent and nice but my problems came after, incorrect filing and billing and overall very unhelpful. Overall rude and a massive headache after the fact.

  Do not take your children here. My kid had some bad cavities that slowly turned to decay and infections. After seeing him for two years he never caught it. When I asked him about the decay, he said that it would just dissolve on its own after he put on this special coating and that it shouldn't be a problem. Now it is an enormously expensive problem, and I am absolutely reporting him to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners for poor quality of care.

  I arrived unannounced in order to ask about the protocol for sending my records to an oral surgeon for a tooth extraction. i was received in the staff's usual friendly manner, was asked to take an x-ray, and left with a prescription for antibiotics in case my tooth gave me trouble. Always a pleasure to go to this dentist!

  Dr. Hall is the second dentist I have liked in my life and I will be sixty-two years old March of 2017. I was impressed with his level of care, manner, personality since meeting him. He seems genuine and real, not stuffy and aloof like so many of my other doctors. He takes time to explain what I need done and why and the staff is always eager to assist with setting appointments and billing assistance. The hygienist Miranda does fantastic work, is fun to talk with and always has some good music playing on the radio! If you're looking for a dentist I very highly recommend Dr. Hall. I don't think you can find better care. Respectfully, Michael
