  I always enjoy bringing my children here. The store is very clean and the staff is so helpful.

  Had an issue with the lack of customer service from several of the employees. When I asked about specific books I was told go look in a certain section. When I shared that I had already looked and was wanting them to check in the system if possible, the request was denied. I later found out the person that didn't assist me was the manager on duty. Sad really, I love HPB overall.

  OMG I can not say enough good things about Half Price Books! The staff is impeccable and so helpful! They have knowledge of virtually every subject and author! The store is well organized with a huge selection of books, albums, and multiple media sources. I love the military history section and my daughter loves the huge selection of youth fiction and non-fiction!

  My first ever visit to this store and it was super disappointing. I went to buy some books for my son, and to really just check out the store since I had talked to some reps at a recent children’s reading event and received a coupon to try them out. The customer service was terrible. The staff was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed at questions from customers. I did find a few books for my munchkin, so not a total waste of time.

  We LOVE this place. Half Price is a total gem. I don’t think we’ve ever walked away empty-handed. On second thought, you’re like us, you might want to avoid this place because you might buy way too many amazing books for super cheap. It’s undeniable that have a crisis of bookshelving in our household as a direct result of this chain. 📚📚📚
