  These guys are very the best... I have been a customer for the past 2 years... They are always able to answer all my questions. And provide me with everything I needed for my growing projects. I was able to get the type of expert advice and personal guidance that you can't get from a website. It is always best to come to the location and speak to them personally rather than just call up on the phone for advice. They have a large inventory in stock with everything you could need. Thanks guys for all your help and expert advice....

  Horrible service. I called to ask a question about light fixtures for indoor plants. The guy first thinks I'm asking about marijuana plants(which I am not), then says if I'm going to buy somewhere else he won't help me. Sorry that I live in the North Country of NY 330 miles away and couldn't get to the store. I was calling because I figured why not ask the experts about indoor plant lighting. The only things these people are experts in, is how to be rude and obnoxious.

  This is an amazing place. They will guide you for all your needs and help you figure out your project. You might find specific parts cheaper online, but the guidance you get and avoiding buying things that wouldn't work together is the real value. Don't rip them off by getting free advice and shopping somewhere else!

  I like this place because these guys know plants. I've been coming to their other store for years, today was my first time at the college point store.y I came here today to get cloning solutions and other supplies. I'd rather go to a real shop than some Internet website. I'm old school, and I want to see, touch, and compare what I'm buying. These guys are into making customers instead of sales. Anyone can make a sale, but a customer is different. I'm going to miss the parking of the old place, but getting here by bus was a breeze. I just hopped on the Q76 and I was 2 1/2 short blocks away. Unlike other places I've visited, these guys don't carry gimmicks. They carry what you need and know about the product they sell. They keep the latest products and technology. I definitely plan on buying 2 induction lights from them.

  You must read this. I have been shopping at Hydroponic Garden Center for years. I purchase more so in the summer months than I do in the winter. I had a very interesting conversation with who I believe was the owner today. Little did he realize that I have spent probably thousands of dollars over the years in his store. I was simply looking for beer yeast. True, I buy many things online just like all his other customers do. He proceeded to curse me out like you wouldn't believe. So, needless to say he has lost another customer. Now I understand why his business is shrinking. He should learn from his workers on how to treat customers before he no longer has any left. I do not recommend, go elsewhere. Read the other reviews, this guy is a character. You have to laugh. Had to put a star so I could post. Zero stars.
