::Do not order from this store. I should have listened to one of the other reviewers as I also had my card information stolen and used in attempt to make other purchases. As I was out of the country my bank could not reach me to verify that it was me since it was trying to be used in New York where I am not from, and luckily my bank just denied the attempted transactions at a Walmart and another place. I also know it was them as I received a sketchy email asking for my card information and signature and that was my last purchase before leaving for overseas. My bank has cancelled my card and although I don't have to file such claims this poses such an inconvenience, and I will no longer order or do business with them. I hope others see this and protect themselves as well. Just disgusting.

::I order from them a couple of weeks ago and just recent someone from NY hacked into my account and spent my money on some stupid car service and fandango tickets. I believe it's them because their both in NY and I haven't spent any money since I order my item so DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR THEY COULD TAKE YOUR CARD NUMBER AND SPEND IT ON A STUPID CAR SERVICE IN NY. Currently contacting them and my bank!!!!!!!!

::The worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!! I had ordered a product (not hair) on 4/13/16 and I had got a confirmation email and everything about my order. I believe it was suppose to be delivered that Saturday 4/16. That Saturday I had realized I gave them a wrong address due to me just moving to where I'm at now. I wasn't use to the address just yet but anyways I checked my tracking # on USPS and it said it was sent back to the sender. I had went to the post office on 4/19 to then verify that and they told me it was sent back. Every since Monday 4/18 I've been calling calling non stop. One of their emails says "if you have any concerns about your order contact us" & gives two phone #'s and a email address. I emailed them twice plus an additional email today 4/20. You can't get a hold of them when you call. It just rings rings rings. My main concern is that why not let me know what is going on with my purchase. I paid them and still no email in regards to me knowing that they have my order and would I like to give them an updated correct address. I fixed my address the correct one on my account on the website. They are so unprofessional and right now I just want my money back. I repeat don't order from these people they are so unprofessional. If you live in NY go to the store. I wish I was still living in NY to sort this out right now but I will be making a trip up there if I still don't hear from them.
